I'm not sure if I'm posting to the correct place** but hey fingers crossed**. I just recently started writing lyrics but can't seem to find the melody. I am still very rough around the edges but would like tips, advice, and possibly musicians inspired by my lyrics to find the melody. I'm sti;; new to this so am sure that I really need help with arrangements. Look forward to hearing from someone . I have only tried writing R&B mostly ballad type lyrics, a couple upbeat, and one that my friends refer to as a potential clubbanger lol. But anyway, I don't want to get discouraged from writing for lack of melodies, but honestly it's frustrating so any help is appreciated!

I would listen to a lot of songs and get inspired by the sound to produce your own stuff in that process. There is also a lot of tips on chord progressions on the internet.

This Link I saw one time is a technical approach to how rolling in the deep was put together.

There is also a plethora of knowledge on Youtube about structure of the song and rhythm and rhyme rules.

The melodies you kind of just have to hum in your head until you find something and after one melody gets old you can try to mix it up a little. Push yourself to think outside the box, sometimes that means trying new things, looking at the world around you, etc.

Hope this is a start, I am not the best either...

I can do this and supply a demo for only $100 like the song above.
Maybe if you can't find anybody for free, I can help.
I also write lyrics and can help arranging them in the proper form for a song.

Good Luck!
