Important Announcement: SongWritingFever.com will be shutting down all user-interactive pages effective as of Saturday 13 September 2014. We are very sorry about this. We will be working very hard to bring it back as soon as we can in a much better shape than it is now. What this means is that you will not be able to submit or view lyrics, upload or download songs, view other members profiles, sign up or sign in, or post to the forum. Again, we are terribly sorry about this and we hope that we can bring all those functions and more back soon.

Hey!

There's an opportunity for youngsters aged 11 - 19 to enter their songs into a contest. Whoever gets the most views will get the chance to perform live infront of a music industry pannel and the winner will win a Brit...or some sort of associated award
I was just wondering which song on my profile should I sing?
Thank you!

I didn't get a chance to read all of your songs yet but I skipped around and so far I liked: Somewhere, Adrift and =D olly.
Will you be playing an instrument while singing?

If its an option, do it. It will help set you apart from the rest of the competition.
Now if your going to play piano and sing which one do you feel most comfortable doing?
Which one do you feel is your favorite or best one?
These are Questions to ask yourself but I also want to know what you think

And I would go into competition prepared with two or three songs.
Your writing is great! Your voice is amazing! You can win. I wish you the best.

Wow, thanks, great feedback!
I was thinking to perform one of those songs; as you said, I need to ask myself what I feel comfortable doing and I'm comfortable with playing slow and acoustic songs and singing at the same time. That's how I imagined those songs to sound like. One of my favourites is also Key To My Heart and Chasing Angels, because the first one is dedicated to someone very special to me and...I'm not sure, I just like the latter.

My friends are also entering, but I think one of them is performing in the pop genre and I do want mine to stand out and catch the judge's eye.

Yeah, I was thinking to maybe do a backup piece too. Thank you! Your feedback means a lot to me and now I can start preparing!
