I just wanted to let you know that SongWriting Fever has now a nice
Help Desk system that you should always use if you want to report abuse (bad conduct from some other member, copyright infringement...etc.). The system is open for everyone to submit tickets/complaints whether you are a SWF member or not.

You should always use this system because:
- It ensures that your complaint history is tracked and all communications recorded.
- The ticket system is private. It makes it impossible for the abuser (or any other joker) to find out that you are on to them and therefore try to retaliate or even just mock us before I as a webmaster can take corrective action.
- It makes certain that I will see the issue right away. I'm not always monitoring the forum or my PMs on the website. This system actually sends me an email to my personal inbox. This means instant detection of your issue from my side.
You may additionally post your case on the forum if you feel like it, although I tend to believe that this is not the best practice as it incites irresponsible acts from the abuser if they happen to see your post. In this regard, sending PMs or emails to the abuser is certainly not recommended.
Report to me through the Help Desk system, and I will take all actions necessary.
