Aliens

Here come the aliens
in shiny silver ships.
I'll speak to them in colors
because they don't have no lips.
They're four foot and invisible
They come and go at will
But I can see them any time
I take my magic pill.
They look like giant jelly beans.
They crawl like tiny ants.
They're ready for the grand parade
in baggy yellow pants.
Sometimes marching backwards,
sometimes on their heads.
They sleep inside of closets
Then slide beneath your beds.
They creep inside your dreams
And slip you little notes
Instructing you on what to do,
Then sail away like boats.
The blue one's always talking
He lives inside my head
To camouflage his colors
And hide what he has said.
So rest at ease if you can
But never turn your back.
You never know when aliens
Will start they're great attack.
