Chicken Little
Confound you Chicken Little Was your premonition true? Was what you said you saw a reality to you?
I walked outside this morning And the sky came crashing down. There were broken bits of clouds and stars falling to the ground. I saw the colors of the rainbow Like busted bits of glass Scattered on the autumn leaves That fell to sleep upon the grass.

The earth began to shudder And I woke up from my dream. The sun was rising up Firing out its laser beams. The stars were fading with the light And clouds were bleeding red. It must all have been a vision like in chicken little's head.
I find it disconcerting that I'm having such a dream. I know it's some delusion But it's oh so real to me. If it wasn't for the glitter Of the stardust on my sleeve I'd say it was just a dream And I'd fall back into sleep.
